Enrollment for Medicare for 2026 opens this week, The 2026 Medicare enrollment period is the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), which runs from October 15, 2025, to December 7, 2025. During this time, you can review and change your Medicare Advantage (MA) and prescription drug plans for coverage that will begin on January 1, 2026. Changes made during this period will take effect on January 1, 2026.
