
Ieuter Insurance Group is rapidly growing and is currently looking for a full-time Welcome Center Representative.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls with a smile and direct to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments with clients as requested
- Prepare auto IDs, summaries of insurance, evidence of property
- Process policy changes
- Provide proof of coverage to mortgagees and lienholders
- Assist clients with billing and other requests as needed
- Process incoming mail, email, and phone requests, returning all email and phone calls the same day according to agency procedure
- Route incoming faxes throughout the day
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
Qualified candidates have two years of customer service background, strong oral, written communication and strong organizational and interpersonal skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and are competitive and self-motivated.
