We're so proud of our tremendous team, and our annual Ieuter Insurance Group Team Awesome Awards are a great opportunity to celebrate the many accomplishments of our incredible colleagues.
This year, a new team member joined two long-time members in Auto-Owners Insurance's President's Club, with Alex Ieuter joining Kurt Ieuter and Dawn Fuller in earning this distinction.
Topping our life leaderboard this year was Dawn, with Lisa and Melissa in second and third place. Also making appearances on the leaderboard were Ranaeda, Jessica, Stephanie, Allison, Raylene, Amy, Emma and Nicole.
Several team members also were recognized for policy growth and retention, with Kaitlyn, Raylene and Samantha earning policy growth accolades, Cheryl and Emma being recognized for highest retention, and Alex, Dawn and Jamie being celebrated for new policies written.
We also thank our team members for their involvement in community events. Kaitlyn participated in the most with 26, followed by Vicky with 25 and Jamie with 12. Also representing Ieuter at community events this year were Allison, Amy, Cheryl, Colleen, Dawn, Julie, and Sam. We deeply thank them for all they do for our community.
In addition to these recognitions, the Team Awesome Awards are so meaningful to our team members because it's such an honor to receive the peer-nominated awards, and the beautiful trophies that accompany them. It's so rewarding to read all these heartfelt nominations, and we're so proud of both the nominators and the nominees for making our office such a great place to work, known for tremendous teamwork and appreciation.
The Rockstar Rookie award recognizes a relatively new team member (or someone new to their current role) who is energetically embracing their new role and who made a big impact quickly in their position. This year's honorable mentions were earned by Chase Kruger and Alexis Chinery, both of whom were praised by their peers for their endlessly positive attitude, aptitude to learning new things, and willingness to take on responsibilities. This year's winner -- Paige McCollister -- adapted to her new role swiftly, and quickly made "significant positive impact," according to her coworkers. She delivers outstanding results -- "truly knocking it out of the park" and demonstrates excellence in every aspect of the role. Congratulations, Paige, on this well-earned award!
Our Consider it Done award recognizes a customer service all-star on our team who lives to make their clients happy and strives every day to deliver the best possible client experience. This year's honorable mentions went to Charm Pontaoe, credited with resourcefulness and efficiency, and Sydney Dana, praised by her peers for her professionalism and determination. This year's award winner -- Laura Huckins -- was called "truly a joy to work with" and thanked by her colleagues for bringing creativity and innovation to the team, offering great ideas to improve procedures, training, and workflows by thinking outside the box and making work easier with practical, positive solutions that strengthen the team.
Our Innovative Thinker award recognizes the member of our team who came up with the best idea of the year, helping to solve problems or improve processes in our office. This year's honorable mentions were earned by Jessica Edwards -- applauded for both being a terrific trainer and for creating a manual for new team members that's an incredibly valuable reference resource -- and Raylene Rice, regarded by her peers as a problem-solver who regularly offers creative ideas to improve efficiency and streamline processes. This year's winner was Samantha Gault, who continuously looks for better ways to improve processes for the commercial lines team and the office, always finding new methods to streamline efficiency and simplify workflows, and staying a student learning new technologies and helping our team incorporate new innovations into our work.
We also present two trophies annually honoring both the recipients themselves and the individuals who inspired the awards named after them. The first is named in honor of our longtime colleague Kim Mayhew, who had a huge impact on everyone she worked with during her decades at Ieuter Insurance Group. The Kim Mayhew Award is given to the teammate considered by their colleagues to be the friendliest employee or the employee who exemplifies the most positive attitude. This year's honorable mentions were earned by Jamie Eyre -- who brings a bright smile, warm approachability and a positive attitude everywhere she goes -- and Allison Lambert, whose peers credit her for making a huge impact on both the office and the community at large, being "an inspiring example" by leading efforts including our Saginaw Children's Zoo garden, Breast Cancer Awareness Month fundraising, and much more.
Our 2025 Kim Mayhew Award winner, Nicole Northard, was lauded by team members for "jumping in from day one and exceeding expectations, proving to be a fantastic addition to the team." Thoughtful and friendly, Nicole goes the extra mile by hand-delivering lunches, volunteering for community initiatives, and greeting clients with professionalism and confidence.
The Michele Nieves Award honors our MVP of the year, a team member who is deeply invested in Ieuter Insurance Group and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Our 2024 award-winner, Vicky Goodall, earned an honorable mention this year, with numerous peer nominations crediting her for maintaining strong relationships and going above and beyond for clients and colleagues alike. Dawn Fuller also received an honorable mention, receiving thanks from her colleagues for serving as an excellent role model for the team and strengthening team culture and organizing fun office activities. Both of these women have gone above and beyond for many years, enriching the culture of our company.
The 2025 Michele Nieves Award winner, Raylene Rice, is credited for creating an environment where questions, comments, and concerns are welcomed and addressed thoughtfully; for demonstrating strong knowledge and a passion for teaching others the correct way to perform their responsibilities; for performing exceptionally well, stepping up whenever needed and excelling in every responsibility; for being a true team player and leader, committed to the success of the office and its people; for taking on additional responsibilities for personal lines and administrative duties with confidence, while continuing to provide excellent client care and technical support; and for offering guidance with patience and positivity, turning every interaction into a learning opportunity for others.
