We're so proud of our tremendous team, and our annual Ieuter Insurance Group Team Awesome Awards are a great opportunity to celebrate the many accomplishments of our incredible colleagues.
In 2025, a new team member joined two long-time members in Auto-Owners Insurance's President's Club, with Alex Ieuter joining Kurt Ieuter and Dawn Fuller in earning this distinction.
Topping our life leaderboard in 2025 was Dawn, with Lisa and Melissa in second and third place. Also making appearances on the leaderboard were Ranaeda, Jessica, Stephanie, Allison, Raylene, Amy, Emma and Nicole.
Several team members also were recognized for policy growth and retention, with Kaitlyn, Raylene and Samantha earning policy growth accolades, Cheryl and Emma being recognized for highest retention, and Alex, Dawn and Jamie being celebrated for new policies written.
We also thank our team members for their involvement in community events. Kaitlyn participated in the most with 26, followed by Vicky with 25 and Jamie with 12. Also representing Ieuter at community events this year were Allison, Amy, Cheryl, Colleen, Dawn, Julie, and Sam. We deeply thank them for all they do for our community.
In addition to these recognitions, the Team Awesome Awards are so meaningful to our team members because it's such an honor to receive the peer-nominated awards, and the beautiful trophies that accompany them. It's so rewarding to read all these heartfelt nominations, and we're so proud of both the nominators and the nominees for making our office such a great place to work, known for tremendous teamwork and appreciation.
